  • schema therapy;

  • eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR); and

  • internal family systems (IFS).

Saurenne generally works with adults and late teens and has significant experience treating anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, challenges with identity, life changes, grief, boundaries and assertiveness, and relationship difficulties. She’s also worked in a hospital setting treating complex trauma and personality disorders.

Over 15 years of helping clients with their wellbeing, first as a naturopath, and now as a psychologist, Saurenne brings a unique and deep understanding of health to her practice. She’s also comfortable working as part of a diverse treatment team to achieve results for her clients.
